Cypress Lakes Resort's Events Centre has the capacity to cater for up to 620 delegates theatre style, or 390 guests banquet style. The adjacent Convention Centre complex has the capability to divide into four smaller rooms of equal size, with a maximum capacity theatre style of 100 delegates each. As a stand alone venue the Convention Centre can cater up to 500 delegates theatre style and 280 banquet style.
