We hope you'll enjoy our spacious relaxation lounge before or after your treatments and take advantage of our saunas, steam rooms, spa baths and private sungardens.

How To Spa
Make a booking
We are open 7 days a week, including public holidays, from early until later in the evening. Please note a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. Minimum age for spa guests is 16.
Please note payments made via American Express or Diners Card will incur a 3% Credit Card Handling Fee. Payments made with any other Credit Cards or Direct Deposits will not incur any handling fee.
When to arrive
It is important to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your treatment to prepare for your spa experience. This will also allow you time to relax in the lounge and enjoy our superb facilities. For men, we recommend you shave at least 3 hours before a facial treatment. All treatments are completed as scheduled, so please be aware that if you arrive late, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
What to wear
Please wear comfortable clothing to the spa. We will provide a robe, slippers and locker for you plus a range of amenities. During treatments, you may wear underwear if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to drape you and protect your privacy at all times.
In The Spa
In order to provide a tranquil ambience we ask that you respect other guests' right to privacy and quiet. Please leave your mobile phone or pager turned off at all times.
The spa is a non-smoking area. We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after your treatment.
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or postpone your treatment. If so, we require 4 working hours notice (working hours 9am to 6pm daily) or a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Should you not arrive for your booking, the full amount will apply and any gift vouchers are void. Thank you for considering others and our policy.
