An extensive refurbishment has taken place to establish Bodega as one of the top restaurants in the Hunter

renovated Bodega Restaurant & Bar. Located on the grounds of Cypress Lakes Resort, Bodega offers a

sophisticated and contemporary ambience with a focus on Modern Australian dining.

To complement the new facilities, Bodega's recent addition, Executive Chef. Adam Bartley has crafted a

menu that centers around the Hunter Valley, with a particular focus on showcasing the quality and versatility

of the local hunter valley produce with which he grew up with. Adam's style is eclectic and his menu consists of

an expansive selection of items from premium cuts of steak and seafood, to tasty burgers and share plates.

Jeff has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry both locally and abroad, and is an expert in both

restaurant management and catering.

Bodega Restaurant & Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of menus to suit the diverse

clientele. A 24 hour room service menu is available should you wish to sample the dishes on offer in the

comfort and privacy of your villa. In addition to dining in, Bodega is available for private events.
